Gender equity, diversity and family at Quantum Universe

Support structures to promote gender equity and diversity are integral cornerstones of our cluster's strategy to promote excellence.
We take into account multiple dimensions of diversity (e.g. gender identity and sexual orientation, family status, age, disability and chronic illness, ethnic or social origin, religion and beliefs) and their possible intersections.
By acknowledging and addressing these individual differences, we aim to provide a more inclusive, creative and innovative work environment for everyone.
